Registration and payment

A seat is reserved when registration and any payment are complete. Prices are shown in US dollars on each class page.

Cancellations, refunds and transfers

Live and live online classes follow the School's cancellation, refund and transfer policy, shown on each class page and on the Policies page.

Course credit

Credit is reported to the state real estate commission only when you meet the course's attendance requirements and, where the course has one, pass the exam. Arriving late, leaving early or missing a session can mean no credit.

Conduct

Students are expected to take part respectfully. The School may remove a student who disrupts a class, without a refund.

Online self-paced courses

Self-paced courses are sold and delivered by our education partner on its own website, under its own terms.

No guarantee

Courses prepare you for licensing and practice, but the School cannot guarantee that you will pass a state exam or obtain a license.
