Refunds vary by course and you should refer to the course refund section or contact our office at info@learnwithcommunities.com


In-person and virtual live courses include all required books and materials in the tuition cost.
Online self-paced courses are fully digital and do not require physical textbooks, although supplemental resources are available for purchase.

If you have attended less than 50% of your original course, you may transfer one time at no additional charge (Pending school approval) to another scheduled session within one year of your original enrollment date.
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@LearnWithCommunities.com.

After one transfer or one year from enrollment, re-enrollment (with full tuition) is required.


The School requires students to complete the entire number of hours of instruction.

  • Makeup hours/sessions are different for each class and subject to Instructor and School approval.
     


You must earn a minimum score of 72% to pass the course final exam.
If you don’t pass on the first attempt, you may retake it once at no additional cost within one year of your original course start date.
If you do not pass on the second attempt, GREC requires you to retake the entire course, as prior hours cannot be transferred.


You’ll receive an email confirmation and login instructions immediately after purchase. Online courses are self-paced, giving you flexibility to learn on your own schedule.


You’ll have 180 days (6 months) from your purchase date to complete your online course. Extensions may be purchased from the provider, up to a total of one year.
All online courses conclude with a timed, proctored final exam administered online.


Online course payments and progress cannot be transferred to in-person or virtual live classes. However, you may re-enroll in an in-person class at a discounted tuition rate, which includes printed materials. Refunds are not available for online courses once you’ve logged in.

Yes, private tutoring is available for additional one-on-one help, but tutoring hours cannot count toward your required class attendance.

The PSI Real Estate Candidate Handbook contains all details regarding test sites, fees, and exam procedures.

  • Current state exam fee: $119 (subject to change)
     
  • License issuance fee: $170, due when you pick up your license after passing the state exam.
    Testing centers are located throughout Georgia, and exams are offered on weekdays.
     


You must apply for your active or inactive license within 90 days of passing the exam.
After 90 days, the license fee doubles.
If you don’t apply within 12 months, you may be required to retake the state exam.

You may begin brokerage activity only after you’ve received your wall certificate and pocket card from GREC and are officially affiliated with a licensed brokerage.


No. GREC requires an active real estate license to perform any brokerage activity, including selling or leasing for a builder or developer.


If your out-of-state license is active and in good standing, and you obtained it by taking an exam, you may qualify for reciprocity in Georgia.
You can apply using the Reciprocal License Application available on the GREC website: www.grec.state.ga.us.

Yes, some states offer reciprocity to Georgia licensees.
