This policy explains what information Communities Real Estate School ("the School") collects when you visit this website, register for a class or contact us, and how we use it.

What we collect

• When you register: your name, email address, phone number and, for courses that require it, your real estate license number.

• During a class: your attendance (sign-in and sign-out times), exam scores where a course has an exam, and any course evaluation you choose to complete.

• When you pay: payments are handled by our payment processor. The School does not receive or store your card number.

• When you contact us: what you write in a form or email.

• When you browse: we count how many times links to our online course provider are followed. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To register you, send class details and reminders, and issue your certificate.

• To report course completions to the real estate commission of the state that approved the course, as the law requires.

• To send School news and class announcements by email. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

• Communities Real Estate, the School's affiliated brokerage, may contact you about real estate career opportunities.

Sharing

We share your information only with the state real estate commission for course credit, with the service providers that help us run the School (payment processing, email and class registration platforms), or when the law requires it. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Attendance and completion records are kept for at least five years, as state rules require.

Your choices
