Getting licensed as a real estate professional starts with completing your state-approved pre-licensing education — and we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Because real estate licensing requirements vary by state, we offer approved courses in Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida, each designed to meet that state’s specific regulations.
Whether you prefer an online, self-paced format or live classroom interaction, we’ll help you find the right path to earning your license and building a successful career.
Our school is state-approved in all three states we serve, and our team can help you understand what’s required in your specific location.
Georgia
Georgia requires completion of a 75-hour Salesperson Pre-License Course from a GREC-approved school, passing the school exam and the state exam with a 72% or higher score, and meeting age and background check requirements.
We offer both In-Person/Virtual Live and Online Self-Paced options approved by GREC.
North Carolina
North Carolina requires a 75-hour Broker Pre-Licensing Course from an NCREC-approved school and passing the state licensing exam. After licensure, provisional brokers must complete Post-Licensing courses.
Choose between our Online (Self-Paced) and In-Person/Virtual Live programs designed for flexibility and full NCREC compliance.
Florida
Florida requires completion of a 63-hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course from a DBPR-approved provider, passing the course exam, and passing the state licensing exam.
We offer both Self-Paced Online and Virtual Live courses to meet FREC requirements.
